Qwalia - Sound & Reason (LP)
Debut album 'Sound & Reason' by a new group 'Qwalia' to be released 24th March on Alberts Favourites.
Led by drummer Yusuf Ahmed, featuring Joseph Costi on Synths/Keys, Ben Reed on bass and myself on guitar and production. The songs are from an improvised two day recording session and I had the pleasure of taking a lead on producing the album alongside Yusuf.
The album has received radio support from Gilles Peterson, Mary Anne Hobbs, Gideon Coe and has been featured on editorial playlist on Apple music, Amazon and Bandcamp.

New Studio
Very excited to be up and running in my new studio space based at Unit58 in Tottenham, sharing with Joseph Costi.
Its a beautiful space for writing, production and recording. Currently working with a handful of artists including Ria Moran, Carmody, Lily Lyons and Qwalia. Reach out if you'd like to work together or need a space to record.
We have a nice mic collection, pre-amps, ATC monitoring and a fun selection of instruments including an upright piano, drums, synths and guitars.
